11/30/2022 0 Comments Carenado a36 bonanza checklist![]() I rented an aircraft in Texas where it was very hot and the weather was clear (still using AS) and no problems came up. The temperatures in the part of Alaska I'm flying in right now are about 1C with a dew point of 0C, there is pretty low cloud cover and light snow. I fly using AS 2012 so I have real world weather. My last theory was that it was weather related. In order to use this software you need a copy of the Beechcraft Bonanza V35B v3.1 or newer by How does REP change the default Beech Bonanza The Reality Expansion Pack acts over different. My next theory was that maybe FSE was doing something to the airplane because I had a maintenance issue with mine, so I rented another A36 and flew that just fine. A pop-up A36 manual with normal, emergency checklist and performance tables. At first I thought I might have done something wrong or not followed a step on the checklist but after going through everything I had followed the checklist perfectly. Is there any known issues with the manifold pressure in cold weather? I just purchased an A36 on FS Economy and I am using the Carenado A36 yet when flying it through Alaska I have an issue where my fuel pressure drops and my manifold pressure slowly drops until it is completely gone making me lose airspeed. ![]()
